SOCCER REFEREE CERTIFICATION
SOAR requires that all referees for the soccer season attend a training to either be certified for the first time to referee at SOAR or to get a refresher on rules before the season starts. Exception: if you are USSF certified, you do not need to attend the SOAR certification. However, we strongly encourage your attendance and involvement.
Coaches, you are invited to sit in and hone your understanding of the game!

FALL YOUTH SOCCER REGISTRATION
Fall Soccer Registration is open through Aug 6. You can download the registration form and mail in your registration. Online registration is under construction, but may not be available for fall. Please register using the form this season!
