Two Spring Season SOAR/YMCA Referee Certification courses will be offered Feb 1 6:30 - 8:30 and Feb 2 9-11 . Referees only need to attend one session.   This Certification is mandatory each season for all referees.

For all new referees the Cost is $15 payable to SOAR. Coaches can attend for a $5 fee.
