-Commit to pray WITH and FOR your team at practices and at the
start of each game
-Commit to prioritizing the devotions during EVERY practice
-Display Christ-like attitude during all SOAR activities (i.e. practices
and games)
-Actively participate in the coaches training prior to the start of the
season, read and sign the statement and affirmation of faith, and
complete and pass a background check
-Instruct players and parents to follow all League Rules as coaches
model to do the same
-Abide by the rule that any player dismissed for unsportsmanlike
behavior will not be eligible to participate in the NEXT game
-Prioritize working hard, good sportsmanship, and playing to the
best of the player's ability more than focusing on winning
-Commit to being self-controlled (i.e. no arguing or fighting with any
referee, coach, player, spectator, staff, or volunteer)
-Commit to providing each player with equal playing time and will
not prioritize one player over the other
-Ensure no player is on the field who has not registered with SOAR
-Commit to not drinking alcohol or smoking any illegal substances
OR tobacco on SOAR property
